About the role
- Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate operational workflows into technical requirements for AI agents and low‑code automations.
- Design, build, and maintain low‑code solutions, including Power Automate flows, connectors, approvals, and orchestration logic.
- Assist with Copilot and agent configuration, prompt design, and workflow integration into existing tools and platforms.
- Participate in discovery activities (process mapping, user interviews, journey mapping) to identify automation opportunities and define success metrics.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including flow logic, assumptions, dependencies, and edge cases.
- Perform testing, debugging, and validation of automations across environments; support UAT and post‑deployment monitoring.
- Analyze product and automation usage data to identify performance issues, optimization opportunities, and future enhancements.
- Demo working solutions to stakeholders and clearly communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and platform teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of low‑code patterns, reusable components, and best practices within the AI/Automation COE.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in product analysis, automation, RPA, or technical consulting roles.
- Hands-on experience building low-code automations, with a strong emphasis on Power Automate (cloud flows, triggers, actions, connectors, approvals).
- Experience integrating and working with commercial LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) via APIs or platform tools.
- Understanding of prompt design, prompt versioning, and structured outputs.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration concepts such as: Multi step agent workflows, Tool calling and action execution, Context management, memory, and grounding with enterprise data.
- Experience integrating systems via APIs, connectors, or data services.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational data sources.
- Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse concepts).
- Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and reason through technical failures and edge cases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to business users.
- Familiarity with agile delivery models and product development lifecycles.
