About the role
- Support Payroll Tax and Compliance operations by assisting with year-end W-2 preparation
- Ensure accurate and compliant garnishment administration
- Maintain and ensure compliance of local, state, and federal tax elections for associates
- Maintain garnishments for compliance and accuracy
- Process biweekly and off-cycle payroll requests as necessary
- Assist with Payroll onboarding for integrations, including meetings, training, and validation of tax data
- Maintain records of tax correspondence and submit to third-party payroll provider
- Respond to questions and requests from associates regarding taxes and payroll withholding procedures
- Prepare reports as required by agencies and internal business partners
- Assist with audits and payroll tax discrepancies, as necessary
- Assist with year-end process for W2s
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of payroll and payroll tax experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, Finance / Accounting, preferred
