- Guide patients through their financial journey during their stay
- Serve as an onsite point person for financial services
- Triage financial questions and provide patient education
- Perform onsite patient rounding and answer customer service calls

Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in multiple areas of the revenue cycle
- High School diploma/GED required
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent experience in Healthcare Management / Administration preferred
