About the role
- Review payer and regulatory updates and identify changes needed in technology systems
- Collect, review, and action plans for large sets of data
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams for necessary changes
- Ensure compliance with payer portals and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 3 to 5 Years Experience
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in Patient Access or Revenue Cycle Management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Managed Care contracting
- Familiarity with Health Information Systems, especially Epic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
