About the role

  • Lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of charitable, community impact, and volunteer events in collaboration with healthcare clients and community partners.
  • Design scalable event processes, templates, and repeatable workflows to support growth and consistency.
  • Serve as the primary lead for vendor relationships, nonprofit partners, charitable committees, and client collaboration.
  • Ensure events reflect organizational values, client partnership expectations, and community needs.
  • Identify and map all top-tier client charitable events across the year.
  • Develop and maintain an annual executive charitable event calendar capturing priority client engagements.
  • Track participation and outcomes to strengthen executive visibility and client partnerships.
  • Capture and communicate the impact of charitable events through photos, data, quotes, and firsthand accounts.
  • Research and pursue charitable grants, sponsorships, and community funding opportunities to support philanthropic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in event management, community relations, nonprofit operations, philanthropy/CSR, or related work
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects and events
  • Strong storytelling and writing abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and logistical coordination skills
  • Comfort working in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Creative problem-solving skills
