About the role
- Act as a strategic partner to senior HR and business leaders using data-driven insights.
- Design and maintain dashboards for headcount, attrition, talent acquisition, compensation, and engagement.
- Build predictive models (e.g., attrition forecasting) leveraging AI/ML concepts.
- Ensure HR data governance and compliance with privacy standards.
- Deliver advanced HR reporting using Advanced Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Conduct data audits and troubleshoot system issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR Analytics within IT or Product-based organizations
- Strong proficiency in Excel/ Workday HCM reporting and dashboards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Familiarity with Python/R for analytics and predictive modeling is a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
