About the role
- Perform benefit education and validation
- Review inpatient benefits, authorization and collect patient liabilities
- Verify and calculate patient liabilities, including collecting payments
- Communicate with patients in person to collect estimated liabilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Assist with eligibility verification and financial information assessment
- Monitor collection opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) Required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid)
