Manager

• Attend and present in provider partner facing meetings with executive leadership levels present.
• Assist in note taking, document meeting discussions and deliverables.
• Assist and coordinate follow-ups from meetings and work in collaboration as the point of contact among EHP departments/colleges to ensure all items are delivered accurately and timely.
• Maintain and schedule client specific rounding documents for EHP leadership.
• Partner with EHP Contract Management Teams and Provider Partners where needed to build out a master contract matrix with key dates and links to key contract documents.
• Develop and maintain a rolodex of all key payor contacts in all markets inclusive of job title or function.
• Own and maintain a standardized presentations for Provider Partners and Payor facing presentations.
• Interface with all EHP colleagues to capture all issues as they arise.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to ensure Revenue Cycle operations are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Ensures that best practice Revenue Cycle processes are communicated and implemented where necessary.
• Makes suggestions for process improvements.
• Assist with client and EHP leadership reporting needs and analysis.
