About the role
- Attend and present in provider partner facing meetings with executive leadership levels present.
- Assist in note taking, document meeting discussions and deliverables.
- Assist and coordinate follow-ups from meetings and work in collaboration as the point of contact among EHP departments/colleges to ensure all items are delivered accurately and timely.
- Maintain and schedule client specific rounding documents for EHP leadership.
- Partner with EHP Contract Management Teams and Provider Partners where needed to build out a master contract matrix with key dates and links to key contract documents.
- Develop and maintain a rolodex of all key payor contacts in all markets inclusive of job title or function.
- Own and maintain a standardized presentations for Provider Partners and Payor facing presentations.
- Interface with all EHP colleagues to capture all issues as they arise.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to ensure Revenue Cycle operations are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensures that best practice Revenue Cycle processes are communicated and implemented where necessary.
- Makes suggestions for process improvements.
- Assist with client and EHP leadership reporting needs and analysis.

- Previous leadership experience
- Managed Care Contracting Experience
- Hospital Revenue Cycle Experience
- Physician Revenue Cycle Experience
- Excel and Power Point Experience
