• Design and evolve enterprise-grade automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.
• Define and lead test strategy, planning, and execution across all projects and products assigned to your team.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior SDETs and engineers in automation best practices and technical growth.
• Participate in root cause analysis of test failures and production issues, driving resolution and prevention strategies.
• Establish and maintain quality metrics dashboards to track coverage, reliability, and test effectiveness across scope of influence and accountability.
• Review code for testability, maintainability, and adherence to quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, reliability, and execution speed.
• Contribute to the development of test data management and environment provisioning strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools to continuously enhance testing capabilities.
