About the role
- Perform the task of benefit education and validation.
- Handle the accurate verification and calculation of patient liabilities including previous balances.
- Make follow-up phone calls to patients that are unable to make payment while in-house.
- Monitor missed collection opportunities for potential process improvements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) Required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid)
