About the role
- Gather requirements and analyze processes for automation
- Facilitate discovery workshops for automation programs and manage stakeholders
- Support LSS process improvement activities and automation design
- Create automation design documents and business cases to document ROI
- Collaborate with Automation Developers on architecture and technology design
- Outline inputs/outputs, business variables, and measures of success focused on Revenue Cycle and Financial performance
- Partner with engineers and project managers to create development and validation timelines
- Assist in creation of automation roadmap and support delivery of timelines
- Track and monitor KPIs for each automation opportunity to ensure benefit realization
- Ensure confidentiality and rights of patients and confidentiality of hospital and departmental documents
Requirements
- 3 to 6 Years desired experience
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience in Computer Science
- RPA experience required
- Microsoft Applications
- Process Mapping
- Database design experience
- Experience working in the Rev Cycle setting or health care area preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- Automation Anywhere certification
- CRCR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Collaborative team player with a trusted partnership approach to stakeholders
