About the role
- Meet with clinical and operations leaders to understand their information needs
- Make recommendations for visualizing information
- Develop insightful content based on actionable information
- Create data sources that support analytic needs
- Use BI tools to create and deliver visualizations
- Develop and promote effective Data Governance
- Support the Data Warehouse team with ETL and Validation functions
Requirements
- BS Degree in Information Technology or Information Management
- 5 years of experience
- Proficient BI tools like Tableau
- Proficient with SQL
- Experienced with various database programs
- Experienced with ETL tools
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Deep understanding of the Healthcare system
- Experience working with clinicians, operations and business leaders
