Lead and implement a comprehensive, standardized revenue cycle operating model that aligns with industry best practices and organizational goals
Continuously analyze and identify areas for improvement within the SOM process to optimize through technology and innovation advancements
Ensure adherence to the approved models by monitoring KPIs, conducting audits and root cause analysis
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with Client Delivery, Operations, Finance and Analytics team
Lead and manage a team of Program/Project Managers, analysts and support resources
Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the SOM tracking systems within Salesforce
Facilitate the adoption of new SOM policies and procedures, providing training and support to staff
Requirements
15+ years of program and project management experience
8+ years of Healthcare and Revenue Cycle experience
5+ years of experience with Performance Management and Operating Model Best Practices
10+ years experience in Technology Integrations and/or Advancements
CRCR certification required within first 9 months of hire
