About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead upstream product development initiatives for Enovis’ ASTRA™ Enabling Technologies platform, focusing on knee arthroplasty solutions
  • Translate surgeon feedback and clinical insights into product requirements and development priorities
  • Drive collaboration with R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams from concept through launch
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and gap analyses
  • Shape product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies with downstream marketing
  • Develop training materials, sales tools, and technical documentation
  • Provide product forecasts and collaborate with operations and supply chain on demand planning
  • Serve as a clinical and technical resource for sales, marketing, and customer support
  • Support new product development, product launches, promotions, messaging, product line maintenance, production planning, training, and field sales tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4–8 years in product management, product marketing, or medical device sales
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device marketing or equivalent medical device sales
  • Strong preference for upstream product development exposure
  • Previous clinical exposure to or involvement in tech-enabled knee arthroplasty
  • Strong fluency in digital tools
  • Experience with data analytics, software development platforms, or engineering is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into clear messaging
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams
  • Experience working with global teams and diverse market requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally
  • Valid US passport or ability to obtain one, and unrestricted travel within and outside the United States
  • Must already have full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship
