About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support HR administration as per daily operational needs
- Operate in HR systems and programs
- Contribute to effective internal communication.
- Administration support to queries related to payroll and time & attendance (address payroll-related questions to Payroll teams and secure a timely follow up, technical support to T&A system)
- Support payroll process across all countries within scope (providing variable elements in the approved format, clarifying doubts in cooperation with Payroll team)
- Contribute to the successful execution of the payroll migration project in the countries during implementation phase.
Requirements
What you’ll need- College or university degree, preferably in HR, Economics.
- 2 years of relevant HR experience and Payroll exposure
- Experience with Payroll software and Payroll practices (France, Belgium, the Netherlands)
- French and English mandatory, Dutch would be an asset
- Workday and SAP experience would be an asset
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
