District Sales Manager, Colorado Territory
EnovisDistrict Sales Manager responsible for sales in medical devices across a multi-state territory. Achieving revenue quotas while managing distributors and direct sales to healthcare facilities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve and exceed the revenue quota each year for assigned multi-state territory.
- Sell directly to Hospitals, Surgery Centers and Alternate Care Sites.
- Utilize Distributors, Independent Sales Agents and/or Dealers to assist in meeting revenue quota.
- Maintain the highest selling price possible per product category.
- Provide territory sales forecast and business plan each year.
- Attend and work local and regional trade shows.
- Understand and analyze competition, trends, and costing.
- Write clear, concise proposals and letters.
- Provide Forecasts, Business Reports and Itinerary Plans monthly to the Director of Sales.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 3 years’ sales experience (required/preferred)
- Medical device experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Associate’s degree or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license and must possess and maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Exhibit a “hunter & prospector” approach to the assigned territory.
- Able to effectively manage other individuals, i.e. distributors, dealers and independent agents.
- Possess strong business acumen for the medical equipment market.
