About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align sales strategies with financial goals
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, revenue trends, and capital deployment
  • Partner closely with sales teams to resolve disputes related to commissions and open POs
  • Act as primary finance contact for agent sales agreements and conversion opportunities
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization within sales
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of sales tools and CRM systems, ensuring financial data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial data to support decision-making by sales leadership
  • Lead cross-functional projects impacting sales finance processes and systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales finance, or financial analysis in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Previous experience in Orthopedics or MedTech highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Expertise with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership effectively
  • Familiarity with sales compensation plan design and commission systems
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of sales processes and metrics
