About the role
- Responsible for reviewing incoming orders to ensure pricing accuracy
- Works closely with National Accounts, Customer Service, and the sales organization
- Communicate process improvements and/or corrective actions to help optimize pricing efficiency and accuracy
- Role may require interactions with customers, sales field and/or customer service representatives via phone, online chat/video, or email
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual role – must be proficient with written and verbal English skills
- Mix of 3 or more years: Customer service experience -preferred- and Data Entry experience
- Ability to read, interpret and understand medical device contract language with high accuracy
- Knowledge of PDF, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software
