Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for reviewing incoming orders to ensure pricing accuracy
Works closely with National Accounts, Customer Service, and the sales organization
Communicate process improvements and/or corrective actions to help optimize pricing efficiency and accuracy
Role may require interactions with customers, sales field and/or customer service representatives via phone, online chat/video, or email

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma
Bilingual role – must be proficient with written and verbal English skills
Mix of 3 or more years: Customer service experience -preferred- and Data Entry experience
Ability to read, interpret and understand medical device contract language with high accuracy
Knowledge of PDF, Word, Excel
Knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software
