About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support sales productivity, pipeline management, and revenue performance.
  • Analyze bookings, pipeline, conversion rates, quota attainment, and win/loss trends; translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Own revenue data accuracy and consistency by performing data audits, validation, and reconciliation across systems.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Operations to support forecasting, planning cycles, QBRs, and executive reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
  • Hands‑on experience with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development.
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Experience working with cloud‑based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience optimizing reporting and analytics processes.
