About the role
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting ASCs, EMS providers, and outpatient surgical centers
- Drive new business and expand existing accounts for medical gas systems, devices, and clinical equipment
- Build strong relationships with ASC administrators, EMS purchasing teams, medical directors, and facility managers
- Influence early-stage project specs by collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Manage a robust sales pipeline across direct and channel routes—from lead generation to contract close
- Represent the company at national EMS and ASC trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Partner internally to design tailored solutions that meet evolving clinical needs
- Strengthen channel partnerships with dealers, distributors, and independent reps nationwide
- Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to senior leadership
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) for funnel management and reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment, or facility systems
- Proven success selling into ASCs, EMS agencies, or outpatient healthcare construction projects
- Understanding of healthcare purchasing cycles and capital budgeting in clinical and municipal settings
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically up to 50%
