About the role

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Understand the needs of the business and users to create automated, efficient software solutions.
  • Collaborative and agile working: Close cooperation with users, UX/UI designers and Product Owners to create outstanding user experiences.
  • Flexible process design: Model and optimize business processes using BPMN and implement them technically.

Requirements

  • Process expertise: Solid knowledge of Business Process Engineering, including BPMN modeling, and experience with workflow engines such as Flowable or Camunda.
  • Technical background: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a related field.
  • Software development experience: Proven experience in software development and a strong understanding of software architectures, API design, data models and system integrations.
  • Analytical and communication skills: Strong conceptual abilities and clear, effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Agile mindset: Experience with agile methodologies and working in team-oriented environments.
  • Language skills: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are essential.
