About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process a queue of loan applications while ensuring compliance with established quality standards
Receive inbound customer calls regarding loan applications
Make outbound calls to verify application details and request additional information
Resolve customer issues through phone, email, or fax
Keep customer accounts updated with accurate information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior call center experience is a plus
Proven background in fast-paced customer service environments
Exceptional communication and active listening skills
