About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in building queries and routine analyses to answer business questions and support teams in areas such as Marketing, Collections, and Credit
  • Support the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards and reports, ensuring they are clear and up to date
  • Help document processes, code, and analyses to facilitate team collaboration
  • Shadow senior analysts and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to understand metrics and business objectives
  • Explore and learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies under the guidance of our senior team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of or strong academic interest in Python or R
  • Curiosity and familiarity with statistical concepts
  • Willingness to learn databases (SQL) and data manipulation
  • Intermediate to advanced English
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
