About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product lifecycle for platform features, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Partner with stakeholders across business, engineering, and analytics to identify opportunities and define product strategy
- Prioritize initiatives and manage a product roadmap aligned to business goals and platform evolution
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, partnering with engineering to ensure alignment with technical feasibility and scalable solutions.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, scope, and timelines
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout development, making tradeoff decisions as needed
- Measure and evaluate product outcomes, using data to inform decisions and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in product management or technical product roles
- Experience working on platform products, internal tools, or integration-heavy systems, with familiarity in APIs, data systems, or analytics tools
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritize MVP solutions
- Experience working in Agile environments and tools (e.g., Jira), with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Analytics, and business teams
- Strong ownership and execution skills, including creating product artifacts (e.g., requirements, process flows, test plans, roadmaps) and independently driving projects from concept through delivery
