About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coach a team of Salesforce engineers and admins, fostering a culture of growth, autonomy, and high performance.
Act as a force multiplier by removing roadblocks, clarifying decision-making, and refining execution processes.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to align Salesforce investments with company-wide operating priorities.
Oversee planning, estimation, and prioritization; balance "speed-to-market" with long-term architectural health and data quality.
Ensure disciplined practices around design reviews, release readiness, and incident retrospectives.
Serve as the escalation point for complex integrations and end-to-end solutions spanning Salesforce and adjacent systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of formal people management experience with a proven track record of developing talent.
5+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications (Salesforce ecosystem preferred) and managing complex integrations.
Expertise in project management—specifically scoping ambiguous work, managing dependencies, and adapting to evolving requirements.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business leaders and influence decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
The ability to guide architectural discussions and technical direction without needing to be the primary "hands-on" developer.
Comfort incorporating AI-assisted development tools into day-to-day engineering workflows (coding, testing, debugging, or documentation)
