About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Scope, plan, and execute end to end customer remediations due to system issues with an emphasis on root cause investigation, system fix implementation, redress action planning, and data analysis in a cross functional collaborative setting
- Take full ownership of the issue management lifecycle; ensure that gaps are not just flagged, but pursued until a permanent fix is implemented and tested
- Demonstrate a results-driven mentality by independently coming up with opportunities, validating hypotheses with stakeholders, and driving cross-functional solutions into reality
- Proactively identify production or compliance exceptions, assess their impact on the business and customers, and resolve them or escalate to the management team as necessary.
- Gain expertise in product offerings, brand, state compliance matrix, transactional logic, and funding/payment processes, and document this knowledge.
- Utilize your subject matter expertise to create and manage processes and monitoring systems that ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines for products, technology, and processes.
- Analyze customer complaint data to identify trends, develop recommendations, and support the implementation of process improvements based on these insights.
- Assist with ad hoc data requests related to external and third-party business audits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience executing initiatives from start to finish, including managing cross-functional stakeholders and authoring detailed business documentation
- 3+ years resolving audit findings and operational issues by integrating federal and state regulations into corrective action plans, updated policies, and system improvements
- Familiarity with SQL and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in both team and independent settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Microstrategy, Grafana, and other monitoring dashboards is a plus
