About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Scope, plan, and execute end to end customer remediations due to system issues with an emphasis on root cause investigation, system fix implementation, redress action planning, and data analysis in a cross functional collaborative setting
Take full ownership of the issue management lifecycle; ensure that gaps are not just flagged, but pursued until a permanent fix is implemented and tested
Demonstrate a results-driven mentality by independently coming up with opportunities, validating hypotheses with stakeholders, and driving cross-functional solutions into reality
Proactively identify production or compliance exceptions, assess their impact on the business and customers, and resolve them or escalate to the management team as necessary.
Gain expertise in product offerings, brand, state compliance matrix, transactional logic, and funding/payment processes, and document this knowledge.
Utilize your subject matter expertise to create and manage processes and monitoring systems that ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines for products, technology, and processes.
Analyze customer complaint data to identify trends, develop recommendations, and support the implementation of process improvements based on these insights.
Assist with ad hoc data requests related to external and third-party business audits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
5+ years of project management experience executing initiatives from start to finish, including managing cross-functional stakeholders and authoring detailed business documentation
3+ years resolving audit findings and operational issues by integrating federal and state regulations into corrective action plans, updated policies, and system improvements
Familiarity with SQL and Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively in both team and independent settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with tools such as Microstrategy, Grafana, and other monitoring dashboards is a plus
