About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with declined or non-fit applicants via phone, email, and SMS to understand the SMB’s business goals, needs, and financial profile.
Deliver a transparent, consultative experience by curating a solution clearly and setting accurate expectations.
Analyze credit files, business performance, industry type, and borrower needs to identify the appropriate product fit.
Submit complete and accurate applications, and proactively manage lender requests and updates.
Own daily pipeline execution: new declines, re-engagements, callbacks, doc request, offer presentation, and lender updates.
Achieve monthly KPI targets related to assigned opportunities, volume funded, funded deals, revenue contribution

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years in sales, account management, or customer facing roles - fintech or SMB lending preferred.
Strong consultative selling and solution-matching abilities
Proficient with CRM systems, Excel/Sheets, and standard tech stacks.
Excellent phone presence and written communication skills.
Strong Organization and pipeline management.
A team-oriented mindset with openness to coaching, feedback, and collaboration
