Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
4-7 years of work experience in management consulting, data analytics, or business operations.
Self-Sufficiency: A proven track record of identifying business problems and driving solutions without being prompted.
Technical Fluency: Comfort with data intensive environments and independent data exploration. Experience with SQL, BI tools, and analytical models preferred.
The "Owner" Mindset: You treat the P&L as if it were your own business.
