About the role
- Curate our Talent Development content by managing internal wikis (Confluence), team folders, and LMS content (Seismic Learning) so team members can easily find what they need.
- Lead regular documentation and permission audits to ensure training materials, resources, and process guides are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to the appropriate audiences.
- Lead the end-to-end administration of our regular pulse surveys (CultureAmp), including scheduling, launching, and initial analysis.
- Coordinate our bi-annual deep-dive surveys, managing stakeholder communications and reporting.
- Partner with our internal Compliance team to manage the configuration, administration, and tracking of annual compliance training.
- Provide administrative support for the launch of mid-year reviews, and year-end performance cycles within our HRIS (Workday).
- Support the Orientation and Onboarding process, acting as a point of contact for new hires and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, knowledge management, or project coordination role.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of work.
- Experienced in organizing, updating, and maintaining digital content across platforms such as wikis, LMS, or CMS tools.
- Able to manage shifting priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders across teams and levels.
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
- Highly proficient in utilizing AI applications to streamline repetitive workflows, conduct fundamental data analytics, and compose professional communications.
