About the role
- Perform diagnostics based on analysis of digital operation data;
- Propose, develop and monitor Digital Collection’s Main KPI's;
- Focus on optimizing strategies to improve results, proposing new processes, tools, technologies, automations and solutions (e.g. AI);
- Relationship building skills, including the team, suppliers, service providers (Experian, Equifax, etc.) and leaders;
- Control of workflow and sending of invoices from service providers monthly;
- Sense of ownership in activities related to the success of the collection area (it is important to have a critical sense to propose changes and improve results).
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3+ years of work experience in relevant roles such as: planning, mis and strategy
- Ability to solve problems: identify opportunities for improvement, propose a resolution approach, align expectations with those involved and discuss recommendations
- Strong analytical skills: able to connect business challenges with data and KPIs; manipulate databases with tools such as SQL and Excel; present results in a direct and data-driven way
- Communication and influence skills: Present structured recommendations, organize arguments, and support claims with data and facts
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
