About the role
- Drive product roadmaps through the collection of internal and external customer feedback
- Coordinate with various departments to define requirements and prioritize the backlog.
- Identify new product features and trade-offs to establish a competitive advantage for Enova and enhance customer experience.
- Construct business cases and collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in. Work with Engineering to estimate size, elaborate on scope and requirements, clarify detailed design, and obtain sign-off on developed features before launch.
- Effectively advocate for your product area and communicate its value throughout the organization.
- Lead and mentor members of the team by providing feedback and coaching on product management best practices
- Communicate key milestones, project updates, scope changes, and critical metrics to stakeholders and external partners on an ongoing basis.
- Use database queries to troubleshoot data quality and analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
- Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years serving as a team lead driving product roadmaps, communication with cross functional leaders and coaching/mentoring junior members of the team
- Technical skills including knowledge of relational databases and using SQL to work with large data sets
- Experience collaborating with agile teams and managing project milestones.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Experience driving multiple projects through a full lifecycle.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric solutions.
