About the role
- Identify and measure business opportunities for Grupo Enjoei, converting data into actionable insights for tactical and strategic decision-making
- Perform critical management data processing, ensuring data quality and relevance to guide the company's projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to develop dashboards, and to map and build strategic indicators and KPIs
- Act in a consultative capacity with teams to help steer projects and decision-making, using data analysis to optimize results and drive the group's growth.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst
- Strong experience with SQL or other programming languages such as R, Python, or similar
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) for developing dashboards and presenting insights
- Strong experience partnering with business areas (e.g., Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, etc.) to translate business challenges into actionable data questions
- Strong skills in building and tracking KPIs, ensuring data metrics are directly tied to the company's strategic outcomes
- Established ability to communicate and present insights to non-technical audiences, influencing decisions and recommending concrete actions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp logical reasoning to turn data into strategic direction
- Familiarity with statistical analyses to deepen diagnostics and build robust metrics
- Curious, proactive, and collaborative profile — able to work independently and in teams, building partnerships and ensuring alignment of deliverables
- Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or technology companies
