About the role

  • Provide telephone and digital customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and support the patient journey.
  • Provide information about treatments and assisted reproductive techniques (ART).
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining spreadsheets, sending emails, and using the operational system.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Biomedicine degree, preferably between the 3rd and 5th semesters.
  • Reside in the regions of Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Juiz de Fora/MG and/or Belo Horizonte/MG.
  • Have your own computer and internet access to perform the activities.
  • Preferred: experience in customer or public-facing service.
Benefits
  • Availability to work 100% remotely, 30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with shifts from 10:00 to 15:15 or 15:45 to 22:00.
