About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the delivery of marketing activity across Enginuity
  • Shape and enhance marketing strategy through creative ideas and effective execution
  • Cover the full marketing lifecycle including content creation, communications, campaigns, and small-scale events
  • Produce high-quality content for various channels including websites, newsletters, CRM email campaigns, webinars, collateral, and events
  • Create website content, write press releases, campaign materials, and newsletters
  • Design assets across digital, print, and social channels to enhance brand visibility
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, communication plans and support events promoting Enginuity’s activities
  • Ensure marketing activity is communicated effectively and delivers maximum impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a similar marketing role
  • Confident creating engaging written content for a range of audiences and platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across different teams
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and campaigns
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Experience using CRM or marketing automation systems
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Good influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Sound judgement and professional approach to confidentiality
  • CIM Level 4 Marketing qualification or equivalent marketing qualifications
  • Experience delivering marketing and communications activity that increases engagement and advocacy
  • Interest or understanding of engineering and manufacturing landscape is advantageous
