Manager

• Lead the development and deployment of solutions, products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of stakeholders and deliver real impact.
• Developing new ideas, shaping implementation plans and making sure projects are delivered in line with agreed governance frameworks.
• Review the external landscape, explore opportunities to collaborate with partners and identify ways to strengthen and sustain the charity’s offer.
• Measuring and evaluating impact; set clear success measures, assess performance against the charity’s Theory of Change, and produce regular reporting for senior leaders and the Board.
• Promote impact through appropriate channels and ensure that learning is captured and used to improve future activity.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects effectively.
• Represent Enginuity at events and forums, and contribute to building strong partnerships.
• Supporting income generation through bids, proposals and partnerships, and helping to identify opportunities to maximise both impact and sustainability.
• Leading and developing a small team, supporting their performance and growth, and encouraging a collaborative and forward-thinking approach.
