About the role
- Analyze customer manufacturing processes and requirements
- Design functional MES solutions using Opcenter Execution Discrete
- Define functional specifications, workflows (BPMs), use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in integration definition with ERP, automation systems, and shop‑floor equipment
- Support user training, documentation, and change management activities
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in MES, manufacturing IT, or digital manufacturing projects
- Strong understanding of MES/MOM concepts
- Hands‑on experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution Discrete
- Knowledge of ISA‑95 principles and shop‑floor execution models
- Experience in discrete manufacturing environments (automotive, aerospace, electronics, industrial equipment)
- Understanding of production KPIs (OEE, throughput, scrap, downtime)
