About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Tax Compliance Coordinator supports the execution of tax-related deliverables within the Cost Segregation department
- Assisting in the preparation, review, and coordination of projects to ensure accuracy and timely completion
- Supporting the team in delivering high-quality work while developing technical knowledge and process efficiency
- Success is measured by the timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
- Assisting with project coordination, documentation, and technical tasks while contributing to overall team efficiency and quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two (2) to Four (4) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Basic accounting knowledge, preferably within cost segregation or a related field
- Exposure to reviewing financial or construction-related documentation
- Basic understanding of depreciation concepts and tax documentation (including 3115 preparation)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
