About the role
- Perform analysis and resolution of N1 and N2 incidents related to virtualized PABX solutions.
- Open and follow up advanced-level tickets with the solution vendor.
- Execute remote maintenance activities, including during nighttime hours.
- Perform on-site maintenance when necessary, during daytime hours.
- Work on-call according to schedule (one week per month).
- Ensure proper functioning of systems and assist in identifying root causes of incidents.
- Keep accurate records of activities performed and open tickets.
Requirements
- Completed or in-progress degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Information Technology.
- Previous experience providing technical support for PABX, preferably in virtualized environments.
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of IP networks and SIP signaling.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Organization and autonomy for remote work.
- Technical English for reading and understanding documentation.
- Availability for nighttime activities and on-call rotations.
