About the role
- Support development of white-label MaaS product for client implementations
- Work closely with clients to deeply understand their needs and challenges
- Collaborate with project management team to create client roadmaps
- Lead product discovery sessions to define problems and identify solutions
- Document discovery process and ensure delivery team understands desired output
- Provide support throughout delivery phase to design and ship solutions
- Participate in team rituals such as standups and backlog refinements
- Report to the Director, Operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-facing products
- Background in collaborating within cross-functional product teams
- Experience in leading product discovery to understand end-users' needs and problems
- Experience in supporting product delivery to ensure development and delivery of the right solutions
- Familiarity with delivery frameworks like Agile, Scrum, Shape Up, etc.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Genuine passion for products and user experience
- Ability to work legally in Lithuania without employer sponsorship (asked in application)
