About the role

  • Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to prototyping and final hand-off
  • Translate complex product requirements into user-centered design solutions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI for web and mobile platforms
  • Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality
  • Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility across the organization
  • Maintain and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency
  • Mentor and provide feedback to junior and mid-level designers
  • Present design work to stakeholders and confidently justify design decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design work
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe AI/PS
  • Deep understanding of design thinking, user research, and usability principles
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate in cross-functional teams
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS)
  • Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards) is a plus
