About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business and user needs
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring a user-centric approach is maintained
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to continually improve the user experience
Requirements
- At least 1+ years of real experience in an outsourcing company
- A portfolio that demonstrates your skill level
- Understanding the principles of designing interfaces for responsive websites and mobile applications for Android and iOS
- Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma (including design system, and components) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and grid systems
- Ability to create detailed design specifications and collaborate effectively with developers
- English - Upper intermediate
