About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the acquisition and renewal of water use permits (outorgas), ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage permit conditions, ensuring submission of required evidence to regulatory agencies within deadlines.
- Monitor water consumption from permitted wells and record data in PowerApps.
- Enter well water consumption into the SIDECC system following the reporting frequency established by the regulator.
- Manage the issuance of environmental legal documentation required for waste disposal.
- Prepare and file the waste inventory for all units.
- Prepare and submit to IBAMA the Report of Potentially Polluting Activities and Users of Environmental Resources (RAPP).
- Perform registrations and updates in IBAMA's system.
- Monitor environmental incidents and assist with recording them through the Portal SIM system.
- Represent the organization before environmental authorities.
- Manage, prepare, and report the environmental department's budget.
- Develop and deliver training focused on environmental awareness and best practices.
- Create internal procedures to meet specific needs.
- Provide technical support to operational units on environmental matters.
- Organize meetings to discuss environmental license conditions and implementation strategies.
- Manage consultants responsible for ongoing regularization processes.
- Contribute to achieving established environmental targets.
- Validate updates made in the CAL environmental management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance of information.
Requirements
