About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to achieving the proposed targets (cement volume; complementary product volume; conversion rate, TE, Pagueflex, etc.), aiming to increase the sales volume across Votorantim Cimentos' product portfolio in stores.
  • Seek differentiated sales arguments tailored to each region and to current market conditions and in accordance with system recommendations (Tags – artificial intelligence).
  • Through an assertive initial approach, reach the person responsible for purchasing.
  • Find alternative ways to locate the person responsible for purchasing.
  • Conduct sales discovery to identify customers' needs.
  • Sell products and services following established strategies and policies, aiming to meet targets and maximize business volume by performing up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Provide inbound customer service when necessary.
  • Forward customer requests involving invoices, returns, pricing, incorrect lead times, etc., to the post-sales team for proper analysis.
  • Perform other related duties as required by the area.
  • Take care of the equipment under your responsibility and maintain the work environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Required education: High school diploma;
  • Preferred education: Currently pursuing a university degree.
  • Experience in sales (outbound/inbound);
  • Negotiation techniques.
