About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work cross-functionally in the development and execution of strategic projects and conduct analyses that support growth and capital allocation decisions.
  • Lead strategic analyses and projections to inform leadership decisions related to portfolio, competitive positioning, geographic expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Manage the corporate strategic planning process, supporting the definition, monitoring and review of company strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
  • Design market scenarios and forward-looking assessments to identify opportunities, risks and potential impacts on the strategic plan.
  • Perform market analyses, benchmarking and competitive intelligence, monitoring sector trends, competitors, new entrants and relevant industry movements.
  • Develop economic and financial models, business cases and ROI analyses to support strategic and growth decisions.
  • Build valuation models using methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), market multiples and comparable transactions.
  • Map and evaluate opportunities for organic and inorganic growth, including new businesses, strategic partnerships, joint ventures and M&A transactions.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions processes, including opportunity screening, company valuation, due diligence, preparation of investment theses and executive recommendations.
  • Structure dashboards, analytical models and decision-support tools.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including technical, commercial and finance teams and strategic partners.
  • Prepare reports, executive materials and presentations for management forums, committees and the board.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
  • Advanced English (communication with global stakeholders).
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in financial modeling, investment analysis or business development.
  • Knowledge of valuation, financial modeling, investment analysis and corporate finance.
  • Experience with data analysis and automation tools (Python, SQL or VBA).
  • Knowledge of market studies and competitive intelligence.
  • Previous experience in strategy consulting, corporate planning, corporate development, M&A or Private Equity.
