About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work cross-functionally in the development and execution of strategic projects and conduct analyses that support growth and capital allocation decisions.
Lead strategic analyses and projections to inform leadership decisions related to portfolio, competitive positioning, geographic expansion, and capital allocation.
Manage the corporate strategic planning process, supporting the definition, monitoring and review of company strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
Design market scenarios and forward-looking assessments to identify opportunities, risks and potential impacts on the strategic plan.
Perform market analyses, benchmarking and competitive intelligence, monitoring sector trends, competitors, new entrants and relevant industry movements.
Develop economic and financial models, business cases and ROI analyses to support strategic and growth decisions.
Build valuation models using methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), market multiples and comparable transactions.
Map and evaluate opportunities for organic and inorganic growth, including new businesses, strategic partnerships, joint ventures and M&A transactions.
Support mergers and acquisitions processes, including opportunity screening, company valuation, due diligence, preparation of investment theses and executive recommendations.
Structure dashboards, analytical models and decision-support tools.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including technical, commercial and finance teams and strategic partners.
Prepare reports, executive materials and presentations for management forums, committees and the board.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
Advanced English (communication with global stakeholders).
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience in financial modeling, investment analysis or business development.
Knowledge of valuation, financial modeling, investment analysis and corporate finance.
Experience with data analysis and automation tools (Python, SQL or VBA).
Knowledge of market studies and competitive intelligence.
Previous experience in strategy consulting, corporate planning, corporate development, M&A or Private Equity.
