About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support external communication activities, contributing to brand strengthening and relationship management with various audiences and stakeholders;
- Assist in creating content and developing graphic materials for campaigns, events, and department initiatives;
- Collaborate with internal clients, supporting communication and marketing requests from various company departments;
- Provide support for organizing and executing regional events and trade-route activities, ensuring alignment and monitoring of tasks;
- Support administrative routines within the department, contributing to organization and adherence to internal processes;
- Coordinate the distribution of promotional items and materials to teams and partners, tracking requests and necessary controls;
- Assist with requesting and tracking quotes from suppliers, ensuring support for the department's needs;
- Monitor and share competitor activities, focusing on initiatives carried out in stores and points of sale;
- Contribute to building relationships and alignment with various company departments, supporting the execution of marketing projects and activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a university degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, Social Communication or related fields;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized with strong attention to detail;
- Proactive and comfortable working in teams and interacting with different departments.
