About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support external communications activities, contributing to brand strengthening and relationships with various audiences;
Assist in content creation and development of graphic materials for campaigns, events, and department initiatives;
Work in partnership with internal stakeholders, supporting communication and marketing requests across the company's departments;
Support the organization and execution of regional events and trade-route activities, ensuring alignment and follow-up on tasks;
Assist with the department's administrative routines, contributing to organization and adherence to internal processes;
Handle the dispatch of promotional items and materials to teams and partners, monitoring requests and required controls;
Support requesting and tracking quotes with suppliers, ensuring support for the department's needs;
Monitor and share competitor activities, focusing on initiatives carried out in stores and points of sale;
Contribute to building relationships and alignment with various company areas, supporting the execution of marketing projects and activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, Social Communication, or related fields;
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Organized and attentive to detail;
Proactive, with the ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments.
