About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for developing, improving, and sustaining systems, applications, workflows and automations (including RPA and AI agents), ensuring quality, performance, integrations and compliance.
  • Diagnose and fix issues, integrate APIs, review code, develop and present application performance reports, and interface with the Sales and Post‑Sales teams.
  • Develop and implement AI agents (assistants, copilots or autonomous agents) to support commercial, operational and analytical processes.
  • Explore and apply new development approaches — including vibe-code languages, no‑code/low‑code solutions and prompt-oriented orchestration tools — to accelerate delivery of digital products and reduce implementation complexity.
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate and optimize the performance of agents and AI models, ensuring accuracy and bias mitigation.
  • Maintain high code quality standards, following programming best practices, architecture, testing and versioning, especially in Python, JavaScript and SQL.
  • Monitor, analyze and report the performance of automations, creating action plans to recover processes with low efficiency or high failure rates.
  • Act as the technical interface between Technology and the Sales and Post‑Sales teams, assisting with requirements understanding, documentation and post-deployment support.
  • Design, document and implement integrations within an API‑first architecture, ensuring security, versioning, telemetry and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) from solution design, including access controls, data minimization, anonymization and incident management.
  • Integrate solutions with CRM/ERP systems, enabling the commercial team with automations, structured data, dashboards and, where applicable, AI agents to increase efficiency and scale.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives driven by experimentation and metrics aligned with the key KPIs of the Sales and Post‑Sales teams.
  • Develop new applications, workflows and automations (including RPA), considering integrations with other systems and resource optimization.
  • Develop and maintain applications and automations on WhatsApp.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mandatory education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Development, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.
  • Programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Visual Basic, C# and Java.
  • Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
  • API consumption and development (REST/SOAP).
  • Code versioning (Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps).
  • Software architecture and design patterns.
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Microsoft Office suite.
  • Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with automated testing (unit, integration and end-to-end).
  • Basic knowledge of information security and secure development.
