About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve customers, take orders, and sell concrete products within the assigned territory.
  • Provide quotes and handle order-related matters in accordance with established strategies and policies, aiming to meet targets and maximize business volume through in-person and telephone sales.
  • Prepare proposals based on identified needs, perform follow-up, and secure deal closures with clients within management-defined parameters.
  • Prospect potential clients locally and more broadly, identify business opportunities, maintain contact with decision-makers, and present products to expand the client portfolio.
  • Advise customers and provide support through product delivery by identifying needs, addressing complaints, proposing corrective actions and solutions, and expediting necessary measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive business growth by assessing customer needs, identifying new applications, developing new products, and creating innovative solutions.
  • Propose and participate in the preparation of projects for new and existing accounts, managing all stages from prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and sending samples to closing deals.
  • Monitor the profitability of accounts under your management, ensuring compliance with agreed contribution margins and volumes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Required education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
  • Experience in field (external) sales and in:
  • Sales and negotiation techniques;
  • Knowledge of account management and new client prospecting;
  • Valid Category B driver's license and competent driving skills;
  • Availability for occasional travel.
