About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct strategic analyses and projections to support leadership decisions regarding portfolio, geographic positioning, capital allocation, and M&A;
Perform benchmarking and competitive intelligence, monitoring industry movements, competitors, new entrants, and market trends;
Design future scenarios and identify opportunities, threats, and risks to the strategic plan;
Develop and execute economic-financial models and business cases, consolidating technical and market information;
Lead global strategic planning and innovation processes;
Automate and optimize internal processes within the area, focusing on efficiency and scalability;
Build dashboards, analytical models, and decision-support tools;
Lead and support innovation projects using methodologies such as design thinking, open innovation, Agile, and Lean Startup;
Promote innovation culture initiatives and disseminate an innovative mindset across the organization;
Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including technical, commercial, R&D, IT teams, and strategic partners;
Prepare reports and executive presentations for strategic forums and committees.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields;
Advanced English (communication with global stakeholders);
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Experience with financial analyses (valuation, P&L, cash flow);
Programming experience (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA) and data analysis;
Knowledge of market studies and competitive intelligence;
Familiarity with innovation tools and methodologies;
Previous experience in strategic consulting or corporate planning/innovation areas.
