About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the interface between Procurement, IT, software vendors, data and automation teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Lead end-to-end technology and continuous improvement projects, from understanding pain points to delivery and stabilization of the solution.
  • Lead multidisciplinary squads, promoting alignment, prioritization and delivery cadence between technical and business areas.
  • Map supply chain processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and application of artificial intelligence.
  • Evaluate market and internal solutions, structuring comparisons and well-founded recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Build and defend business cases, including feasibility analysis, impact estimation and prioritization by value.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: pain point discovery → functional specification → solution evaluation → business case development → execution → change management.
  • Analyze and explore data to build simple solutions and/or understand process pain points, supporting evidence-based decision-making.
  • Lead change management with impacted stakeholders to ensure sustainable adoption of new solutions and processes.
  • Monitor project performance indicators and the performance of implemented solutions, proposing adjustments and continuous improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects (from conception to delivery), preferably in technology contexts, process improvement or digital transformation.
  • Experience interfacing with IT and business areas, acting as a facilitator between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in process mapping, diagnosing opportunities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with at least one BI/analytics tool (Power BI or similar) for data analysis, visualization and exploration.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies — agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional (waterfall, PMBOK). Certifications such as PMP, PMO or similar are welcome but not required.
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes: operational flows, performance indicators, governance and efficiency levers are a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of Python, AI tools and/or RPA is desirable but not mandatory — we value willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
